Growing Biotech company looking for an Executive Assistant to support our dynamic CEO right away! This is an outstanding career opportunity for an experience EA to provide high-level support to CEO. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to help build and grow an organization and work in the bio-technology space!

Key Responsibilities in support of Executive Leaders include:
• Demonstrated ability to manage schedules and competing priorities
• Managing expense reporting in a timely manner
• Arranging complex and detailed travel itineraries and compiling documents for travel-related meetings
• Working closely and effectively with both executives to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
• Coordinating and managing Executive Leadership Team meetings including with the Board and external corporate partners
• Supporting communication from the CEO across the organization
• Building solid relationships with employees, maintaining organizational knowledge in support of the CEO
• Coordinate and attend Executive Leadership Team meetings

Skills/Requirements:
• College degree with 4+ years of related work experience supporting at the executive level
• Professional, courteous and mature demeanor
• Expertise with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff and board members
• Expert level written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
• Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to be extremely effective independently
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
• Ability to provide support during scheduled meetings and events that occur outside of regular business hours
