Greater Waltham Arc (GWArc) is seeking a Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer to oversee four well established programs- Day Hab, Employment, CBDS, AFC and Recreation. Candidates must have exceptional supervisory skills and ability to manage the programming, compliance and growth of these agency programs. Organizational skills include attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects, personnel experience, outreach to funding sources and oversight of program space in two Waltham facilities. The programs Supervisor also plans staff trainings as required/requested for workforce development. The Assistant to the Chief Executive Office will report to the CEO and is responsible for ongoing daily operations of the programs. Experience in Survey and Certification ; CARF essential. Computer literacy and car/valid driver's license necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS: Relevant Master's degree preferred.
BS degree and significant management and supervisory experience required.
This is a high level senior management position requiring excellent organizational and management skills. Commitment and experience with the i/dd population is a must.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Must have strong oral and written communication skills with consumers, program staff, families, and other service providers.
WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hrs. per week 8-4pm M - F.(no exceptions) plus flexible hours for meetings.
