This is a Kurzweil MicroPiano module. This connects by midi to a controller and is a very faithful creator of sounds. Super popular in the 80s, so if you're looking for those sounds this is what you're looking for. For those who know what this is, this is a great find.

There is some cosmetic damage to the front, and two holes drilled into the top which were used to connect it to the bottom of a table with screws.
