Not many of these around and rarely for local sale.
When you first see it after opening the case, it appears light. When you pick it up, and play, you realize it's a Precision. The finish is beautiful with just a touch of patina. The fretboard is unlined for the musician that is at home on a fretless. Spruce top, a mahogany back along with Fender Lace Sensor pickup & piezo in the bridge. The onboard preamp takes little time to master for the tones available. It gives all of the fretless tone a 9 volt battery can handle. I bought this item directly from someone I traded with in Japan. Spectacular for an almost 35 year old semi hollow bass. I occasionally re-visit my collection and select something to sell. I'm selling it for $2100 with a tweed case.
