Eventide Blackhole ambient reverb pedal. Barely used before I discovered the sound just isn't right for me -- I don't really do ambient stuff so I'm not sure why I thought it would be. For ambient reverb, it is amazing and very flexible.

Comes with all the stuff -- power supply (with adapters), manual, box, etc.
