Sony Electret ECM-21 microphone. Includes the original case and other accessories (see images). The stand base is there but not the stem. The original battery is there (was not stored inside the mic) but obviously it might not be any good. The windscreen looks good but it seems pretty tight on the mic and I didn't want to force it (see second to last image). Currently has no plug but I can affix the one of your choice from the last image if desired. Looks very clean inside the battery compartment.
