compensation: In the past been charged $250 a day for one person. You may need 2 people for this job.

We have a back door of a commercial building where the frame has become lose off the concrete foundation. The door is fine. We need to remove the old frame which is not that hard, then perhaps drill new holes into the concrete bricks, and use proper screws to mount to side of building.

Will pay cash same day but need valid identification.

All the material/wood has already been purchased. I will run out to Store and pickup any extra material needed.

BRING YOUR OWN TOOLS PLEASE! You will need a skill saw and a Miter saw, impact screwdriver

I also have a two pieces of crown molding that need to be put up on a kitchen installation which needs a Miter saw.

Location: Newton/Wellesley line near Routes 95 and 90 (Mass Pike) – easy to access.

Will pay cash or check same day. You pay for transportation to location in Newton, MA
