Vintage Blue Intaglio Cameo Brooch - $25 (Natick)

This vintage Avon brooch features a blue glass intaglio in a silver tone frame with crystal rhinestones.
It says "PC" on the front which I think stands for "Presidents Club." The back is inscribed "Presidents Recognition Program Avon 1998-99." It's about 1.5 inches tall and 1.25 inches wide.
In excellent condition.
