Two new kits. One includes the sealed "stable spring" by ACE hardware. It comes with all necessary screws and instructions on the back of the package. Heavy duty and designed to hold large gates square when applied diagonally. The second kit is zinc plated mounting angles and cable with torsion adjustment. Also have two black outdoor rated hinges (used).
