It’s not new, but it’s in good shape. The upholstery is all in good condition, and it still looks quite nice. The mattress sort of sucks, but it is usable. Realistically, I’d think of this mainly as a couch with an emergency sleeping option.
It would probably be a good idea to wash the pillow covers, but the sofa is perfectly usable as is.
This cost thousands of dollars when we bought it. We simply don’t need it anymore.
You will need to come pick it up and bring your own people to carry it. I cannot help you wrestle a sleeper sofa out of the house, physically or spiritually.
