Looking for a set of furniture for a game room or college apartment? This set may work for you! The sleeper sofa and loveseat have some scuffs/marks but no major rips. The side tables are VERY sturdy, but they could use some refinishing (or a mat on the top). The table lamps are good to go! Take them all!

Dimensions of sofa is 88"(L) x 38" (deep) x 35" height (to top of cushions)
Loveseat is 74" (L) x 38" (deep) x 35" height.
Side tables are 26" x 26" x 24.5" (height)
