Selling a complete Century Furniture Coeur De France Collection Dining Set- Excellent Condition!

We downsized our home and unfortunately this beautiful set will just not work in the new home.... and we tried. We had purchased it for our previous home for use in our formal dining room and it was an amazing focal point that always captured the attention of our guests. For most of its life the set was used for just holiday events, so it is almost like new, showing with minimal signs of use. It is in excellent condition as you can see in the pictures and ready for you to entertain your own guests.

* The pictures showing the complete set together was in our previous home.
* Century furniture is a very high end manufacturer and it is evident in the craftsmanship and detaile of these elegant pieces.
* The wood color is their Normandy finish.
* This elegant dining set makes a great impression when guests enter the room.
* These pieces are extremely sturdy and VERY heavy, since it is all real word and no cheep materials.
* See detailed descriptions below of each piece.
* Paid over $40,000 for the complete set- Yes that is correct on the price!
* Craigslist limits the number of pictures, so I can send additional pictures if you like.

The pieces are:
1. Dining table with two leaves, 8 regular chairs and 2 arm chairs. Includes custom table top protector pads that fit the table perfectly to protect the surface when serving meals.
2. Hutch with beautiful water glass.
3. Credenza with marble top.

Please note:
1. Given the size and weight of the hutch and credenza, they will require a professional (insured) mover to take these from our home, sorry but no exceptions. The table/chairs you can transport yourself. For the other pieces can come view them, and if you like them, leave a small deposit, then when you come back with the movers, pay the balance in cash.

2. Pickup in Leominster, MA only.

3. I prefer to sell the entire set together, however, will consider selling the 3 major pieces separately.

Item #1- CENTURY FURNITURE Coeur de France Costellane Dining Set with 8 Chairs and Leaves

This elegant dining set includes a dining table, two host (arm) chairs, eight guest chairs, and 2 matching aproned leaves. The top of table features a basket weave pattern of pin-knotty cherry veneers. Supported by carved French style cabriole legs and gently curved decorative aprons crafted using rococo details, this elegant dining table makes a great impression when guests enter the room. The two host chairs and eight guest chairs have wooden frames that are similarly styled to the table. The cushioned seats are upholstered in an off white textured fabric. As shown in the pictures we always keep seat protectors on the fabric, however, there are some chairs with minor wear. If desired, you could easily have the seats upholstered with a fabric that matches your home.

Table dimensions with both leaves are: 120" (10 feet long) x 47" wide x 42" high.
Each leaf is 22" long, so 120" long with 2 leaves, 98" long with 1 leaf and 76" long with no leaves.
2 Chairs w/ Arms: 27″W x 20″D x 43″H
6 Chairs w/o Arms: 25″W x 26"D x 43″H

Item #2- This Credenza with Marble Top Coeur de France.

This piece showcases a stunning serpentine shape with the smooth flowing curves rarely found in todays furniture.. The THICK framed doors have raised, floating panels and are supported by a carved apron and sturdy cabriole legs. The two center doors conceal an adjustable shelf with silver tray and velvet holder. Each end door opens to reveal one adjustable shelf. The carved polished Antique Madeira Marble top follows the serpentine lines of the cabinet and is finished with and ogee edge.

Overall Credenza Dimensions:
Width- 76 in.
Depth- 24 in.
Height- 40.5 in.

Item #3- Arched Top Glass Two Piece Hutch Coeur de France.

Complementing the table, is this flowing arched top hutch that is ideal for displaying your special pieces. The smooth arch curved top add to the elegance with the flowing curves. The ends of the curved top have a flat area that you could use to display unique holiday decorations adding to the festive feel.

The upper glassed section uses swirling water glass on the doors and side panels with a subtle texture that hides fingerprints. Inside are 3 very heavy adjustable glass shelfs to support heavy pieces, and hidden at the very top is the lighting with 3 brightness settings to set the mood with a touch switch. The interior back side has a sculptured mirror that adds depth to the hutch making it look 10 feet deep.

The lower enclosed hutch section has two center doors that conceal an adjustable shelf and 3 drawers. The drawers are ideal for your fine linens.

Overall Height- 94" - Top glass section is 62" and lower hutch section is 32"
