Remodeling and getting new sofa as part of the project...so this one has to go.
No damage, rips, tears, stains, cracks, etc.
The blanket on the picture right is not covering damage or anything....I can take another picture if you want.
Priced to MOVE!
If you are short on $$ and/or need a used sofa, I can't imagine anyone finding another/better/cheaper one anywhere.

Q: Dimensions?
A:~86" wide, ~40" deep (the back has a slight rear tilt), ~36" tall
Q: Can it fit through my door?
A: When tilted it fits through a standard 36" exterior door with ease
Q: Can you help me carry/load?
A: Yes, I will help load to your means of transport.
Q: do cushions remove?
A: No. It is overstuffed with permanent cushions.
Q: does it sag?
A: no.
Q: do you have pets? specifically cats?
A: no cats. we have two rescue chi-terrier mixes (~15lbs each). They are not avid shedders and there is no pet damage. Any hair does not stick to leather (there is probably some in the crevaces that could be removed with a thorough cleaning).
