Nicely distressed and well-worn, but still solid & sturdy, a very unique feature is the 7” long band of metal near the handle grip area. Looking at the wood’s grain, I believe this old paddle is made from oak that has patina’d well. It measures approximately 37.5” long. There is an old chip missing on the bottom that has been worn down through the years and really isn’t noticeable; I think it gives it nice character. It would make an amazing wall hanging and be a conversation piece in your Cape or lake house!! Pickup is in Franklin
