I’m selling my interest in the Marriott Vacation Club trust. I have 8 “beneficial interests” which equates to 2000 trust points annually.
2026 Maintenance fees were $1800. Ownership would start in 2027.
I bought back in 2018 for $17K. Marriott prices have only increased, so great opportunity to increase your current trust points, or if existing MVC timeshare property owner buy into the trust at a fraction of buying directly from Marriott.
Marriott charges $400 in “closing costs” to transfer the points which I will cover.
