The Belmont Country Club, located 15 minutes west of Boston is seeking a driven, experienced, hard working Sous Chef to join their culinary team. The ideal candidate would have prior club or hotel experience, be organized, have managed a team of at least 10 people, have the ability to lead and motivate personnel. Duties include cooking, expediting, ordering, supervising, training, menu development, overall cleanliness of the kitchen, holding people accountable, maintaining proper inventory. A culinary degree is preferred, but not a must. Pay is based on experienced. This is a full time, year round, salaried position with benefits. Belmont Country Club is a private country club that caters to over 500 members and their families out of a state of the art full service kitchen on property.
