The role of the tutor coordinator is to oversee and monitor both tutor development and student progress over the life of a student’s preparatory or academic support program-- and to provide actionable data on tutor performance and client satisfaction. In addition, the tutor coordinator is responsible for continuing education/professional development of the tutoring staff and staying abreast of news and policy relating to education and admissions testing

Duties and Responsibilities
Attend weekly Team meetings
Conduct weekly & monthly tutor check-ins, and check-ins by appointment;
Participate in training new tutors on the SAT/ACT/SSAT
Conduct biannual review for all tutors
Meet with tutors to discuss any course corrections, as well as when any student is repaired or expresses a desire to discontinue their tutoring program
Organize & lead tutor workshops (4+ yearly);
Report biannually on tutor score gains & client satisfaction.
Candidate will have a minimum of 5 years test prep tutoring experience. An advanced (Master’s) degree is preferred.
