Vintage Bohemian Cobalt Blue Glass Hand painted Tea cup and saucer - $65 (Natick)

There is a woman standing at one side of the cup, looks like an opera singer. Surrounded by gold details and floral accents. That them follows on the saucer.
The footed cup's dim: 3 3/4" across without the handle, 4 1/4" with the handle, 2 1/4" h
The saucer's dim: 5 1/2" across, 1 1/8" h
There is no mark on these pieces. I am not sure about how old it is.
This set was not used, displayed only, but the gold color at the rims appears to slightly affected.
