The company was established around 1930 in Carlsbad and re-established in Wiesau, Bavaria, Germany, after World War II.
This stamp JKW 1930 with the crown and Western Germany was used after 1949.
The 10.5" plates are decorated with Victorian scenes, a courting couple with a dog and a dancing couple. It is decorated in Vienna style; cobalt blue with gold trims surround the 6" pretty scenes.
