This unique baby’s collectable dish set is from ca. 1944/5.
Each cream-colored ceramic pottery piece features a narrow red band trim and its own colorful labeled nursery rhyme figure.
The three items are in pre-loved, vintage condition showing a few utensil marks and an appropriate amount of wear and tear one would expect consistent with use.
The dish and cup are in very good condition, having not been used extensively.
The Little Jack Horner dish has one tiny chip on the red trim below the image. Otherwise, it appears to be in close to mint condition. The image and lettering are complete with no wear or tear visible.
The Hickory Dickory Dock cup shows some use. It has some very slight crazing. The image and lettering on the cup are complete and in fine condition.
The Tom, Tom the Piper’s Son bowl has been well used and is in good condition except for the image and lettering which have been worn away through usage. There is a bit of staining inside the bowl, some crazing and a hairline crack on the bottom right of the bowl.
The manufacturer is unknown. There is no backstamp mark on any piece.
