110k miles, large steam table, two serving windows, small hood and space for fryer. Two propane tanks, 12v electric system, ice bin, small hood, 4 sinks, fresh water gray water tanks, trailer hitch, automatic transmission, back up alarm, Stainless Steel cabinets, exterior customer counter. Good for menus with minimal cooking on truck, this is a high volume serving truck with a big steam table. Previously was used to sell empanadas and BBQ as the Fillbellys food truck in Boston. I purchased truck in 2013, repaired it (I have receipts) it was on road 2014. Truck has been in storage since. In Dec 2021 it was checked for road worthiness and had battery replaced at a repair shop then parked since then.

In June, a mobile mechanic installed a new battery and got the truck to start and said the engine sounded good. He bypassed the fuel line and put gas directly into the carb since the half tank of gas is old and needs to be siphoned out and replaced. It needs fluids, belts, rear tires and a new wrap.

My brother and I were going to open the truck but he died. I have a business plan. Would consider a partnership to open this season where I provide the truck, the website, social media, a POS system and most of the equipment and the partner provides working capital.
