This design balances comfort and support. It's ideal for beginners taking the Learn to Skate USA and similar programs. Unlike other cheaper, bulkier beginner skates, this will take your child from gliding and stopping to turns, crossovers, spins, and beyond.
We kept the blades in good condition with regular professional sharpening. There's some slight discoloration, but it is normal and not rust.
These cost around $150 nowadays when buying new, but your child will grow out of them after one or two seasons, as ours did. Why not get a deal and put this perfectly good pair back into use? :)
