Made of solid oak and in 100% solid, sturdy, aged condition with no large gouges or scratches. Perfect as is or would make a great restoration piece. The interior had been painted a light colored pink by the previous owner but could easily be repainted or sanded off. This beautiful 2 drawer commode has dowel joinery drawers, original hardware, plenty of storage area on the bottom, a tight interior latch on the bottom as well as a turn knob to keep the cabinet door closed. Measures 26.5"Wx14"Dx25.5"H. Easy pick up from a non-smoking home in Franklin, MA (or possibly Braintree/Quincy area).
