Herb Rauh (1930-2014), Well known New England artist. He studied in the School at Museum of Fine Arts in Boston.
It is from the 1950s.Medfield? Double signed by the artist, on the watercolor and on the mat, also titled as " Down of a New Day".
The message is that each day there is a new beginning; a fresh start; an important, promising turning point.
