The scenes are likely Cape Cod harbor and boat scenes, as suggested by the script on the bottom right art which says “ Falmouth Feb 21, 1923”, which also suggests this group of arts were likely made about 100 years ago. As a background, Falmouth and the Cape Cod area were active artistic hubs in the 1920s, attracting both regional and visiting artists.
Measurements: 18” x 22” (frame); 9.5” x 13” (art). New dark blue wooden frame, with original mattings.
