1. Modeled after Rodin's "The Thinker", the vintage bronze patina-ed cast iron pair were manufactured by the Gift House Corporation (often abbreviated as G.M. Co.) based in New York City, a known maker of decorative cast iron pieces. "COPYRIGHT 1927" and "G.M. CO. N.Y.C." marks and BRONMET Logo inscribed on the back. $60/pair.

2. This pair of cast iron lion bookends is marked "COPYRIGHT 1928 CONNECTICUT FOUNDRY CO." on the base. These are authentic vintage bookends produced by Connecticut Foundry, a well-known American manufacturer active in the early 20th century. $60/pair
