We're renting our home on South Lake in Natick for 11 months while we're away. Fully furnished, move-in ready, and we're hoping a family finds it and loves it as much as we do.
$4,500/month — utilities not included
26 Arcadia Road, Natick MA (private cul-de-sac)
4 bed / 2 bath / 2 living rooms / 2,600 sq ft / finished basement / fireplace
Lease: August 1, 2026 – June 27, 2027 (11 months)
This is also a great fit if you're being relocated for work. We're right in the heart of MetroWest biotech and tech country (MathWorks is literally down the road), and a furnished place with a fixed lease term is exactly what most relocation packages are looking for.

THE HOUSE
We've renovated the kitchen and both bathrooms in the last 10 years and everything's been updated, hardwood floors, granite countertops, induction stove, fridge with water dispenser. The upstairs living room has skylights and gets great light. Having two living rooms is honestly one of our favorite things about the house.
Layout: 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom on the main floor, finished basement with the washer/dryer. No garage, but the driveway easily fits 6 cars — parking is never an issue.
Everything in the house comes with it. Furniture, kitchen stuff.

THE LAKE
We're on South Lake, which allows motorboats so waterskiing, tubing, all of that is fair game for you or your guests (if you have a boat of course). We have a private dock with stairs right down to the water (dock fee is covered by us). No kayaks or watercraft come with the rental, but the dock is yours to use. Whether you bring your own toys or just want to swim and sit on the dock with a drink, it's a pretty great place.

THE BACKYARD
Big yard. There's a patio out back that we use in the summer for BBQs. There's also a storage shed and, if your kids are into it, a fully set-up chicken coop with all the equipment. Totally optional, but it's there if you want it to have chickens for fresh eggs in the morning.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Private cul-de-sac, so it's very quiet. Five minutes from the Cochituate Rail Trail, which is a paved path that runs along the lake and connects downtown Natick all the way to the Natick Mall. Great for biking, running, or just getting outside without needing a car.
Downtown Natick is about 5-10 minutes away, good restaurants, coffee, things to do. All the Route 9 shopping (Natick Mall, etc.) is close too, 10 min driving.
For commuters: 1.5 miles from Natick Center MBTA commuter rail (Framingham/Worcester line) into South Station.

A FEW PRACTICAL THINGS
— No central A/C. We use window units in the summer and they work fine, but worth knowing upfront. Downstairs is a mini split which cools the basement.
— Utilities are not included (gas, electric, tenant's responsibility).
— No pets preferred, but reach out if you have something small — we're open to a conversation.
— Lots of photos posted with this listing so you can get a real feel for the place.

We're homeowners, not a property company, so you'll be dealing with us directly. We want someone who'll take care of the place and enjoy it. If that sounds like you, send us a message and we're happy to set up a showing.
