Looking for a part-time, energetic, and independent administrative assistant for a busy financial professional located in the Wellesley Office Park (MA). The ideal candidate must be able to commit to 3-4 days per week for approximately 5-6 hours each day. Some remote time is possible. Salary is commensurate with experience and credentials and there are no benefits.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Responding to client e-mails.
Creating and maintaining client files.
Following up on client requests.
Managing and updating a client database.
Processing service forms and new business applications.
Candidate must be focused, proactive, and require little supervision. Most tasks require a high level of detail with sensitive and confidential information in a highly regulated financial industry. Reliability and organization are a must. Knowledge of the financial industry, including, but not limited to retirement and life insurance programs, and previous office experience ARE REQUIRED.
