Professional services and consulting firm seeking an experienced part-time bookkeeper to perform various bookkeeping and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Verify and post A/P invoices
- Prepare A/P check run
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding A/P payment
- Prepare A/R invoices
- Follow up with customers for aged A/R balance
- Prepare and make bank deposits
- Support Accountant with other accounting tasks
- Other duties as assigned, including office administrative tasks
- 1-2 years' bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Organized and able to multi-task
- MS-Excel and QuickBooks proficiency required
Approximately 2 hours per day for 4-5 days per week.
