The ideal candidate is an independent learner with the ability to become familiar with technical topics, a critical thinker, and has the ability to innovate.
Work closely with program managers you will be developing curriculum and learning material for new and existing product lines.
•Analysis. You'll be providing analysis for requirements of training and technical courses leading to course design and development.
•Research and Writing. You'll work using instructional design principle to create products in print and electronic form drawing on input from subject matter experts.
•Curriculum Design and Development. You'll be designing and developing training content. This will involve creating lesson plans that will increase the skills and knowledge of individuals entering the renewable energy field. .
•Evaluation. You'll perform evaluations through use of data collected from surveys and learning feedback / assessments. Provide support for decisions on course expansion and revision.
Communication Skills:
• Superlative skills, both written and spoken, are required to
be effective with both internal and external project stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications and Profile:
Education:
• Bachelors Degree or completed coursework in education, psychology,
sociology, business, education, English, or a technical discipline.
Experience:
• Minimum one year experience consulting or training and technical
assistance type environment.
• Experience in consulting for government or non-profit organizations
useful.
