This project involves close collaboration with the back-end CMS developer to coordinate how data and content are relayed from the signage CMS to the screens. SEED is in its twenty-sixth year of establishing teacher-led faculty development seminars in public and private schools throughout the U.S. and in English-speaking international schools. Through a grant from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, the project will build an online presence, primarily through the development of a website. The Online Content Manager (OCM) will take the lead on managing the website production schedule, all online content development, and primary oversight of the SEED Web Developer. S/He is responsible for ensuring the creation and maintenance of accurate and compelling content on both the SEED-Kellogg website and related social media pages; i.e., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn. The OCM will manage the compilation and creation of content during the development of the website. S/He will work with colleagues across the SEED network to solicit materials that meet priorities identified in the web strategic plan currently under development and will edit materials to fit within the site's architecture. Content will include narratives, abstracts, bibliographies and resources, audio and video, and imagery. The OCM will work closely with the SEED Web Developer to ensure all necessary content has a "home" on the site that is easily accessible. The OCM will recommend to SEED leadership and the Web Developer possible changes, if needed, to the site's menu and navigation based on changes occurring in content and user priorities. Work is expected to begin in mid-February 2012. This is a grant-funded, half-time position.

Following the launch of the SEED-Kellogg website, the OCM will maintain site content and regularly update home page news items and other time-sensitive content. S/He will develop a production schedule for online social media outreach and will post related content strategically to the project's Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and/or other social media pages, as appropriate.

FashionPlaytes is seeking a Senior UX Designer to drive the ongoing design and refinement of the FashionPlaytes "be a designer" experience for girls 6-12. In this role you will work with the marketing, gaming and engineering teams to define and execute a plan to enhance, expand and refine the experience for our young fashion designers and their parents. We're looking for a talented and motivated full time UX designer who is a wizard at interactive design and will drive the creative across our business. As a designer, your task is to create inspirational interactive experiences for our tween girl audience and their parents with clear calls to action in our ecommerce funnel for the girls and their moms. Social Gaming experience is an added bonus. In addition to technical and design skills, the candidate must be self-motivated, flexible, have the ability to multi-task and clearly communicate to peers and management in a fast paced start-up environment.

Primary Responsibilities
� Drive and execute the UX design for FashionPlaytes.
� Collaborate with other designers, marketing and engineering to plan and execute design projects.
� Define and articulate the design vision using storyboards, concept sketching, wire-frames and prototypes.
� Work with other designers, developers or vendors on branding and visual consistency.

Required skills
� Minimum of 3 years of web design and development experience is required.
� Solid understanding of navigation and GUI for maximizing usability.
� Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, (Adobe Creative Suite)
� Practical experience in development of HTML & CSS.
� Experience working in a Ruby environment a bonus.
� Apparel graphic design a bonus
� Flash and ActionScript are an added bonus.
� Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments.
� Experience working with Copywriters and external designers.
� Seasoned working under tight deadlines without taking your eye off feature relevance and quality.
� Detail oriented.

Rate: $60K-$70K

Job Description:
Our client, located in Cambridge MA, is looking for a SEO Marketing Manager to join their team.

You will be part of a team that helps with the strategy and execution of the company's SEO, SEM, Mobile and Social Media efforts. This position will report to the Director of Digital Marketing.

The Role
- Work within our overall strategy and lead efforts to drive profitable new customer acquisition and increase the long-term effectiveness of our SEO efforts.
- Assist in efforts of building and growing our SEO efforts: vendor/publisher relationships, recruitment, optimization, promotions, creative development, on-going testing and optimization to improve performance
- Provide in-depth reporting and analysis of all marketing program performance. (Google Analytics and excel)
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors and best practices
- Assist in the establishment of an SEO marketing plan. Onsite and offsite optimization. (Linkbuilding, keyword analysis, PR, blogs, social media etc.)
- Create and update successful implementation plans and works well with IT.
- Interact with product managers and manage relationship in day-to-day activities (e.g., setting expectations, follow-through, etc.).
- Identify and communicate project scope requirements and issues
- Basic knowledge of HTML, sitecore, Java and CSS a plus.

Qualities / Experience:
- 2-4 years of applicable work experience.
- Proven track record with hands-on experience of acquiring new customers through SEM, SEO, Social efforts
- Demonstrated success in managing products and programs in highly competitive and growing markets.
- Results-oriented, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines
- Must be able to thrive in a team environment
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast environment
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Experience working on non-search related CPA campaigns a plus
- Online marketing experience in the travel or educational industry is a plus
- Agency experience a plus but not required.
- Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, IT or a related field experience
- Proficiency with MS office tools
