For real -- I'm filling out the application with the pen in my right hand while typing this ad with my left hand... God, am I discouraged. I can't seem to meet guys the old fashioned way -- through friends, at a bar, etc. All my friends are happily coupled/married, and the ones who aren't don't know how to find a decent guy either. When I'm at a bar, same thing -- guys either come in with a girl, already have one at home, are 15 years older than me, or are just plain fugly. (It's a hard truth, but there it is.) I work as a bartender and go to school off and on taking a class or 2 here and there. I'm trying to figure out what I want to be when I grow up. I like being able to meet new people. I'm planning on bartending at the beach for the summer then we shall see where life takes me for the fall.
