I have been compiling a series of stills and have some shots that I am still trying to capture. I’ve been looking for some effective models with the look/presence to pull them off. THESE ARE NOT NUDE PHOTOGRAPHS.

Because the focus is on eating disorders, I am mostly in need of noticeably thin women. However, it is not required that you be emaciated (but it is OK if you are – I want to show the realities of these disorders).

Other things I would like to capture:

1. Women with expressive faces (profound and/or defined features as well as the ability to project sadness and/or pain);
2. Tight shots of of bony areas (spines, arms, shoulders, legs, clavicles, hips, ribs, etc.);
3. Shots of women eating;
4. Shots of women in partial masks.

I am not an established photographer so I can’t afford to pay a bunch of models. What I can offer is a trade (maybe I could take engagement pics, portfolio pics, etc.).

We are looking for someone that is dependable and can rehearse once per week with the full band on Tuesday evenings and be available for supplemental development sessions. A good knowledge of reading is required as stated previously and you must be able to provide good backup parts during the time you're not soloing such as Double-Stops, arranged lines and counterlines to answer the vocals when they're not singing.

We have an outstanding lineup of musicians which include 2 Sexy and Dynamic Young Lead Female Singers and a tremendously experienced rhythm section that rocks. All of the band members have been trained in Song Writing and we also encourage the fiddler to bring in original material as well. We can also provide the fiddler/violinist with Song Writing Training if you are interested in writing songs for the band.

We are looking for a fiddler that is young, vibrant,sexy and can provide a vibe on stage as well as help to define our sound. We would prefer a female fiddler, however we are also considering males as well if you are young and you can play. If you can sing backup vocals, that can help. It's not a requirement but having more options on backup vocals is a good one. Everyone in the band can sing.

Our band is Original Commercial Modern Country and we play music that is rocking, patriotic (but not political), energetic and danceable. Our timeline is moving towards a national tour and CD release as soon as we fill this position, but we will take the necessary time to rehearse our live show until it is ready to go. We are hoping to tour by the end of 2009 and release our debut CD as well by then.

In addition to having management and representation that is well connected to major labels in Nashville and Memphis, we have our own rehearsal studio and recording studios. The rehearsals are in Dedham, MA on Tuesdays and the development sessions are conducted in Dedham as well as Watertown. You should have a car as well as a Cell Phone for this position. If you don't have a car and you play an outstanding audition, we will consider you, but you must be able to carpool with other band members if you are willing to meet at a T Station in Newton or Watertown Square.

The actual Dr. Holmes was also short (about 5'2") and, though we need not match completely, being under 5'5" would help the atmosphere of the play. The other characters are Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, James Russell Lowell, and Ralph Waldo Emerson. If you love the 19th century, if you're into living history (especially Civil War era), this gig is for you.

The play is about 50 minutes long and in one act. No memorization is required; we will all be using scripts. The audition date and place will be announced within a week. ( All details given to respondees) Auditions will be held in Providence. The shoot will be held in Whitinsville, Mass. about 40 minutes north of Providence. ( Details given to call -backs).

Call backs will be invited to the video shoot date on 11/21/09. There will be food and drinks provided. It is a non paying job, but you will get a chance to be seen and tell your story/stories.

You must sign a release before you are videotaped.

We are shooting a short commercial as a student project and are in need of one more actor with some improv skills who can either get angry and throw a tantrum or have a complete meltdown on cue in reaction to a flight being delayed. The more over the top and funny the better for this particular project. This will be a very easy shoot that would take probably no more than two hours between noon and 4PM. We will be shooting on location at Logan Airport.

We will cover parking and/or transportation, and provide you with a completed commercial clip for your portfolio. This will have national exposure so will a great opportunity to be seen.

Please email us with a headshot and some info about yourself... if you have a youtube clip or anything we can see that would be great too! Skills we are looking for are quivering lips, fake tears, anything melodramatic, etc.

Alternately, we are looking for someone to go completely angry/crazy, but in a comical mannner. Throwing a tantrum, smashing a suitcase, etc.

This is a student film so we cannot pay extras and we have a very limited budget for costumes. So we are hoping to find some folks who enjoy playing Victorian dress-up and can provide some or all of their own costume.
