About Boston Productions: Boston Productions is a multimedia production company that is always looking for new ways to blend interactive technology with video, sound, and physical objects to create truly memorable experiences for museum visitors. Recent clients include: Connecticut Science Center, Smithsonian Institution, College Basketball Hall of Fame, and the Spy Museum. We are looking for an experienced interactive media producer to join our talented team.

Job Description
At our small bustling office the interactive media producer will do the following:
--Work in development teams with a designer, programmer, and writer in fast-paced environment
--Lead all aspects of project management and development from inception to completion
--Actively participate in concept development, content management, and quality assurance
--Maintain team relations and ensure accurate and timely communication within the internal production team and external client teams
--Manage resources to ensure delivery of the most innovative and creative work possible within budget and on schedule

Qualifications:
--Demonstrable knowledge of current software applications like Flash, Photoshop, and HTML. We don’t expect you to be coder, but you need to have a mastery of the interactive production process and facilitate work flow with clients and programmers.
--A comprehensive understanding of the steps to interactive media production from start to finish
--Solid organizational and planning skills
--Proficient with maintaining budgets and schedules
--The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
--Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
--Experience and proficiency handling client contact for all project-level communications
--Ability to accurately track and communicate project status to client and internal team
--3-5 years experience producing interactive media for large scale (6 figure) projects
--a Bachelor’s degree in technical communications, Web Design, Instructional Technology, interactive media, or other related field. A combination of education and successful work history in creating interactive media in various formats will also be considered.
