to demonstrate the drills we will be covering. If you have played at the High School level or above,

Job Summary:
We have an opening for a Visual Designer who will be responsible for capturing screenshots, color correcting assets, and compositing for SVT’s efforts at Turbine. The ideal candidate will have previous production experience as graphic designer, compositor or motion graphics designer. You should have a gifted eye for design and details, along with strong work practices and production discipline. You should have excellent visual problem-solving skills, be able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.

Essential Functions:
• Creating marketing assets including splash screens and screen shots.
• Photoshop and Color Correction of Screenshots
• Creating characters and scoping in game locations for video shoots and screen shots.
• Participate in team-based video shoots.
• After Effects Compositing (Text Animation, Keying and Color Correction).
• Video Capture and Video Editing
• Additional relevant duties as assigned by the manager.

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a keen sense of curiosity
• Extensive experience playing PC-based massively multi-player online role-playing games, preferably The Lord of the Rings Online™
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in the use of Photoshop and After Effects
