We are currently recruiting for a Help Desk Technician for our corporate headquarters located in Mansfield, MA. In this role the Technician will be the first voice our customers will hear, so excellent phone skills are required. The individual in this role must enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be detailed oriented-so excellent written communications are required. The other requirements are at least 1 year plus experience with Microsoft XP, WebEx, MS office and Outlook, basic LAN/WAN and networking knowledge. (This is a first shift opportunity)
