In this 2,400 sq/ft house there are 4 bedrooms and two full baths. There is a Large Basement for storage, with washer and dryer. Modern Kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a second full size fridge in foyer along with a second washer and dryer unit. There are vaulted ceilings with 8 skylights throughout house. The house has an open floor plan with the kitchen, dinning room, and living room all flow into each other. The house is fully furnished. The dinning room table is a high table and seats 8. The living room has three Black leather couches and a 65 inch TV. Living room has a custom 8 foot pool table.

3 Bedrooms: one is 21'x 14' ft space with bamboo flooring. This room is located on the third floor. And has floor to ceiling palladium windows with views of our private beach looking towards the Boston city skyline. In this room there is a new modern kitchenette. Kitchenette includes modern glass vessel sink, stainless steel mini fridge, microwave, and cabinets. Currently has a queen bed, can be left for the renter or can be moved.
The other 2 rooms are on the second floor and are 12'x14' ft each. They each have a 10ft Andrson patio door out to a balcony with stainless steel railings that over looks the beach and city skyline. A 9' closet is located in the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor is also where the second bathroom is and has a 2 person jacuzzi tub and rainfall shower. There addtional full bathroom on the first floor.

Backyard has a 10 person hot tub, in ground pool, a golf putting green, private beach, and two keg keg-o-rator and bbq area. Also there is a fire pit, and two propane heaters, outdoor lighting, and lots of patio furniture and yamaha outdoor speakers with satellite radio and logitech internet radio! We also have mooring rights if you wanted to keep a boat in the bay.

We have a bus stop 10 feet from the house. Which is a 5 minute ride to the redline T, if you wanted to take public transportation. If you want to drive into Boston it is about a 15 minute drive without traffic. House has high speed wireless internet, cable t.v., wood pellet stove, and is natural gas heated.

Parking: The driveway can fit 6 cars comfortably without blocking anyone.

You would be sharing this house with a young professional couple who live in a 4th bedroom on the first floor. Female is 26/ Male 31. We have a 5 year old golden retriever who is very well behaved and has her own electronic doggie door let herself in and out. We are college graduates from Wentworth and Northeastern. And currently work in architecture and construction sales/ marketing. We are very social, enjoy entertaining and going out. Also... just to let you know we love to travel and travel quite often. We also are gym hounds and love being active.

Rent for the 2nd floor bedrooms are 1,100.00 each. The third floor bedroom is 1,300. Plus sharing utilities.
