Our company currently services and targets businesses of all shapes and size that accept credit cards as a form of payment, including, but not limited to, traditional retail stores, restaurants, fuel oil companies, lumber yards, skating rinks, doctors offices, and a wide range of e-commerce companies located predominantly in New England, but also scattered throughout the country.  Most time will be spent working on the telephone from our Kingston, MA office, but candidates should also be willing to travel to jump in their own car and visit prospective customers to close a sale and/or assist new merchants with the configuration of their credit card processing equipment and/or software.  Industry-specific training will be provided, but qualified candidates should already have a strong understanding "direct sales," what it means to "keep the pipeline full," and what it takes to "close deals." Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, the Suncor Inside Sales Representative is responsible for all assigned sales activity within their territory. Regardless of college major or professional experience, nearly 100% of our full-time employees start out in our Management Training Program. This allows everyone to learn our business from the ground up and understand how they play a significant role in seeing it succeed. <br>

Once you've completed your initial orientation, you'll be assigned to a branch office in your home area and the hands-on training begins. You'll learn valuable business skills from capable mentors who were once in your shoes. Nearly 100% of all our managers and corporate executives started out as Management Trainees. <br>

During your first year, you will actively participate in everything from sales and marketing and customer service to operations and finance. As you progress, you will be tested and evaluated to determine your proficiency in these areas. Successful completion of these tests and evaluations will result in rewards, pay increases and the opportunity for continued promotions. The starting compensation for the first year is $34,000. <br>

As you progress, increasingly more opportunities will become available to you. You can choose, as most people do, to continue your rewarding ascent within our Rental Operations managerial track or you can explore one of many other exciting options including Fleet Services, Human Resources, Car Sales, Accounting, Marketing and more. <br>

RESPONSIBILITIES <br>
As a Management Trainee, you are empowered to make business decisions that greatly affect your career as well as the bottom line. You'll gain responsibility for developing new business and maintaining current relationships. You'll be responsible for understanding cost control, reading your branch's P&L statement and understanding what it takes to run a profitable business. You will also learn how to deliver superior customer service. We will teach you how to effectively communicate, influence and interact with all types of customers, vendors and co-workers. You'll learn proper sales techniques to problem solving and conflict management. Those skills will provide you with the opportunity to market to local business partners and build solid, long-lasting relationships with key business decision-makers. In your development to become a successful manager at Enterprise, you'll learn how to mentor, train, develop, manage and promote a staff of your own. <br>

QUALIFICATIONS <br>
1. Bachelors degree required <br>
2. Must have a minimum of 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience within the last 5 years. <br>
3. Must have a valid US driver's license for a minimum of 12 months with no more than 1 moving violation and/or at-fault accident within the past 3 years and no license suspensions within the past 12 months. <br>
4. No drug or alcohol related conviction on record (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years. <br>
5. Must be at least 18 years old. <br>
6. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future. <br>

We are looking for Seasonal Sales Telemarketers to join our growing team and help us become the leading name in professional lawn care. This position is responsible for generating quality leads through phone solicitations for our sales representatives to follow-up on.  The following position will last 4-16 weeks in duration.  Typical hours will be 2:00PM - 9:00PM Monday - Friday and 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM on Saturday.<br>

Qualifications<br>
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who meet the following:<br>
•	High School Diploma (or GED); Associates or Bachelor's Degree in business or agronomics is preferred<br>
•	One to three years experience in telephone sales and/or telemarketing is preferred but not required.<br>
•	Knowledge of sales principles<br>
•	Strong verbal and written communication skills including correct use of grammar<br>
•	Ability to contact customers by phone and use selling techniques to generate quality leads.<br>
•	Able to work in a call center environment for extended hours<br>
•	Must be able to write and speak fluent English<br>
•	Able to work in a results-oriented and high-pressure work environment<br>

To work as an appointment setter, you need to have the capacity to sell the service to any BJ's customers with your call of inquiry, great communication skills, and knowledge of professional customer service.<br>

We have an incentive based pay system that gives big monetary rewards to high producers. Our best people make $25 - $30 per hour (including bonuses) working 10-30 hours per week. •	Persuasively market new and existing programs and services that best meet the needs of our customer base.<br>
•	Communicate daily with clients to develop strong relationships and provide customer service.<br>

Requirements/Qualifications:<br>
•	A proven record of quota achievement in selling enterprise level software and services solutions, expertise with MS office products, proficiency with ERP, workflow, document management, packaging, and other enterprise solutions.  <br>
•	Consultative sales experience in the Life Sciences industry as well as knowledge, experience, and expertise in selling to FDA/OSHA regulated companies are a plus.<br>
•	Travel 30% + or as required.<br>
•	Experience selling for: SAP, Oracle, PTC, Big 4 consulting, or any large enterprise software and services company is a plus. <br>
•	Experience selling to: Boston Scientific, Stryker, GSK, Zimmer, Bard, Pfizer and etc. is a plus.<br>
•	Life Science vertical sales is a plus.<br>
•	Bachelor’s degree required.<br>
•	Minimum five years of technical sales experience. <br>
•	Excellent communication skills, business sense and organizational skills.<br>
•	Proven ability to work with and partner with senior IT executives.<br>
•	Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.<br>
•	Candidate must be capable of communicating effectively, making decisions under pressure and recognizing the need for urgency.<br>

• Create and customize PowerPoint presentations, follow up letters and proposals for sales opportunities <br>
• Complete qualified grant applications <br>
• Develop and sell GEF advertising programs <br>
• Travel to present programs for significant sponsorship opportunities <br>
• Work with program directors on existing programs to determine areas of potential sales/sponsor opportunities <br>

Job Requirements: <br>
• BA. Business Degree a plus. <br>
• Extensive knowledge of and experience with F500 corporate sales (minimum 10 years experience selling at “C” level) <br>
• Must have a history of achieving sales objectives. <br>
• Outside sales experience required. <br>
• Superior customer service skills required. <br>

Job Qualifications: <br>
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university or <br>

- Excellent written and verbal skills <br>
