Position Overview <br>
An Assistant Account Director (AAD) will help the Account Directors (AD) in their day to day operations. The AAD will establish a relationship with the client so to support the client when the AD is unavailable. This position has the potential to move into the Account Director position. <br>
<br>
Job Responsibilities <br>
1. Assist in the management of client programs which may include, but is not limited to webinars, webcasts, conference recordings, podcasts, and continuing education. <br>
2. Emcee/moderate webinars <br>
3. Schedule and conduct speaker training sessions and client dry-runs <br>
4. Manage webinar audio console and internet audio/video broadcasts <br>
5. Assist with presentation material preparation <br>
6. Prepare Pre-Event QA Checklists to ensure quality <br>
7. Prepare surveys for each event <br>
8. Prepare and send out event marketing, notifications and follow-ups <br>
9. Troubleshoot technology issues related to events <br>
10. Manage providers ecommerce and marketing portal content and all activity <br>
11. Manage clients online learning portal, knowledge community dashboards, ecommerce and marketing portal content to ensure optimal user-friendly experience for end-users, and that all client goals are accomplished. <br>
12. Manage client implementation and ongoing enhancements with web development team. <br>
13. Communicate and assist User Support Team and QA to ensure end users receive top quality service. <br>
14. Encourage growth of partnership - through new content, new products and new or improved marketing ideas and strategies <br>
<br>
Minimum Job Requirements <br>
- Energetic, enthusiastic, customer service aptitude a must! <br>
- Availability to work M-F (Full Time) <br>
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills <br>
- Above average technical aptitude, including strong computer and internet skills <br>
- Project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities <br>

Compensation <br>
- Starting Salary: $30-35k per year  with growth potential<br>
