"The Strides Day Habilitation Program at Work, Inc. is seeking a compassionate, self-motivated, and detail oriented individual for full-time employment as a Community Training Specialist. Duties include providing direct care support for individuals with developmental disabilities, monitoring and documenting clinical progress on individual support programs, and maintaining an overall therapeutic atmosphere for all members of the Strides program. A high-school degree and a minimum of two years of full-time experience working with persons with developmental disabilities is required. Experience in working with individuals with behavior difficulties is highly preferred. Training will be provided on an on-going basis." email:Rgallo@workinc.org
