The Shared Living Team is looking for a respite caregiver to care for and be a companion to one of our Shared Living individuals who resides in Randolph. This Shared Living individual is a 43 years old male, who enjoys going out to cruise stores such as BJ’s, Wal-mart, Job Lot and Building 19th, but he absolutely LOVES to go on train and boat trips. He also enjoys talking about trains and boats and going out to eat at restaurants. The respite person should be a male with no children! MAP, SOLVE and CPR/First Aid certifications and CORI check a must. The team is looking for a long term commitment, as this individual will greatly benefit from building a long term (respite care/companion) relationship with another male.



The respite provider is expected to (potentially) spend some weekends (Friday or Saturday night to Sunday afternoons) with Shared Living individual and weeklong stay at respite provider’s residence when Shared Living Provider is on vacation. Weeklong stays will be arranged between Shared Living Provider and respite person. Compensation for hours worked will be directly paid by the Shared Living Provider, ($100 per overnight-10pm to 8am-, $12 per day hour).
