General Summary:<br>
<br>
This position will be responsible for front-end development and usability for the SmartPak family of sites. The Senior Interactive Developer will work with the entire Web Marketing Team and IT department to improve the usability and conversion rates for the Equine, Western, and Canine websites. The Developer will be responsible for maintaining the overall SEO visibility of both sites by ensuring sites are coded within W3C’s XHTML specifications and following best practices for web development. As a senior member of the team, the Sr. Interactive Developer will learn our audience to propel our own marketing efforts. The Director of Web Marketing and Vice President of Marketing will facilitate this by providing demographic data, verbatim survey results and general coaching. This role will function as an important member of the web marketing team and will support new and ongoing initiatives alike while providing important feedback as we scope and prioritize projects for the SmartPak family of websites.<br>

Essential Job Functions:<br>
<br>
•Own the front-end design, development, Q/A and deployment for assigned projects<br>
•Adhere to the brand, but simultaneously help to further where appropriate<br>
•Assist and educate other team members where appropriate to accelerate their technical and design development<br>
•Be an integral member of the conceptualization team, helping to wireframe and comp flows for project specifications for both internal and external departments<br>
•Serve as a proactive agent in identifying design/process/technical flaws with any of the SmartPak sites and helping to postulate solutions<br>
•Assist in the production of our external advertising campaigns (both Flash units and animated GIFs)<br>
•Ensure every page posted meets W3C’s XHTML guidelines and is completely optimized for Search Engine Optimization<br>
•Receive work assignments from Web Marketing Director based on current business needs, experience and particular strengths in marketing<br>
•Ability to manage web marketing projects as needed<br>

<description><![CDATA[About Us: WIN Interactive, Inc. is an attorney owned and operated company based in Quincy, MA that develops state of the art multimedia presentations of evidence for other trial attorneys through a unique proprietary process.  Our goal is to maximize the effectiveness of our client's evidence presentations through admissible, clear, and captivating visual communication.  <br>

We are currently looking to add a part-time artist with 2D digital illustration and 3D computer animation skill to our team for three days a week for at least 20 hours a week. <br>
<br>
Requirements: The right candidate is a highly motivated 2D/3D artist, who can work independently or on a team, and is willing to take on various roles and responsibilities in an often fast-paced legal environment. <br>
<br>
The successful candidate will be able to come up with creative visual solutions when faced with tight deadlines and demanding clients as well as pay close attention to instructions from Project Managing Attorneys.  Attention to detail and a willingness to learn are a must. Candidates should have access to a motor vehicle and be willing to drive/travel when needed. <br>
<br>
REQUIRED Computer Skills: High level of proficiency in multimedia development, new-media, graphic design, digital/non-digital illustration, and 3D computer animation.  Knowledge of the following programs is required: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In-Design, Adobe Director, Adobe Flash (including AS2 and AS3), Adobe After Effects and/or Motion, 3D Studio MAX and/or Maya.  <br>
<br>
Preferred Experience:  Use of video editing software (i.e. Final Cut Pro), website design (i.e. CSS, Html, Adobe Dreamweaver), and competent programming language skills.  <br>

The Marketing Department seeks applicants for a full time Graphic Designer.   The Graphic Designer is responsible for graphic design, creative concept, production process support as well as art direction for design elements for the College’s print and electronic media.   <br>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: <br>

•	Serve as principal designer of Stonehill College’s collateral materials for various clients including: Undergraduate Admissions, Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, Mission and other college divisions as needed.<br>
•	Partner with internal marketing team and other internal departments and outside vendors to design: brochures, posters, flyers, banners, postcards, HTML emails and other various types of print & electronic marketing collateral.<br>

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: <br>

Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline (ie: Visual Arts or Graphic Design); and a minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated success in this field.  Design experience in a higher education environment is preferred.  Advanced skills in design and publishing software like QuarkXPress, Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop are required.  Demonstrated ability in web design is also required.  <br>
The well-qualified candidate will possess an ability to comprehend marketing strategy and offer design solutions and innovative, smart concepts that will help Stonehill to achieve its institutional goals and objectives.  <br>
