I'm looking for a Saturn/GM mechanic who can install a used airbag to replace my broken horn. Some genius decided that it was a great idea to make the horn a plastic piece vs a copper membrane. Anyhow, it failed inspection and the service light won't go off. I need someone who can replace the airbag without hacking it up or going off. Please give me a quote and when you could do the job.
