Work as part of a team providing supportive services to adults with mental illness. Overnight staff will be based in congregate living settings, providing supervision and supportive services as needed and will be responsible for phone support for other individuals served who live in their own apartments. Interactions between staff and consumers will be guided by an appreciation for those being served as unique individuals, with the expectation and goal of mutual learning and growth. Training and orientation provided.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. Valid driver's license required.
