TABLE & TABLE TOP IS IN GREAT SHAPE. Leaves have minor chips along the edge, not visible. Buffet is in very good condition as is the finish on the serving cart but one of the handles needs to be re-attached. Not a big deal. The chairs structurally are all sound but have some splits in the leather. It is what it is.

I need to get rid of the whole set so I do not want to break it up, HOWEVER, since invariably people will ask:

It is much m ore cost effective to take the whole set for $695

The leather on some of the chairs is split at the seams. One of the handles of the cart needs to be reattached. The sideboard is fine. The table is fine. The leaves have small chips of veneer on the edge from being stood on the floor of a closet. One of the chairs needs a joint glued. It is what it is. A retro dining set that needs some TLC but otherwise is a bargain at $595.

It is neither better nor worse than I have disclosed. Make your decision from these photos and come get it or send your delivery guy. I can recommend a couple of delivery services I use who are inexpensive and professional
