As a Customer service rep, you will be provided with two weeks of paid, interactive training. From that training, you will learn how to conduct phone calls to Computershare's customers where you'll use a prepared script to solicit their participation in a mutual fund proxy vote. As you solicit the vote you will actually provide the customer guidance throughout the voting process and answer any questions or concerns they may have. The training will teach you about mutual funds, trusts and IRA accounts as well as the code of conduct when dealing with customers.

Monday through Thursday evening from either 5:30 or 6:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. and also Saturday from 12 noon until 6:00 p.m. - $14/hour

The available day shift is:

Monday-Friday from 11a.m.-5p.m. - $13/hr
