Do you need any help during this cold weather with grocery shopping, prescription pick-up, post office, etc.

I am a senior at Bridgewater State College majoring in Psychology. I am scheduled to earn my Bachelor's Degree in May, 2010. I plan to continue my education in Social Work, preferably working with the elderly. If you do not need the above-mentioned services, I would love to provide compansionship (watch TV, cook a light meal, play a board game, etc.). I take care of my elderly mother, so I have some experience. It is a lot of work; however, it is very rewarding.
