Every 8 minutes, a woman in the United States is sexually assaulted. It's time to take control and realize you have the power to resist becoming another statistic.
R.A.D. Systems of self defense is offering a course for women beginning Thursday, May 8th. The course will run for 4 weeks, on Thursdays, from 7-9pm in Rockland. R.A.D. educates women on risk avoidance and awareness, followed by hands-on physical tactics and techniques that may be used in an aggressive encounter. The cost is a ONE TIME tuition fee of $35, which covers all 4 classes and your student manual. R.A.D. is for women of all backgrounds and fitness levels. We are not a martial arts class, and no prior experience is necessary. If uncertain, we invite you to come watch a demonstration night on Thursday, April 24th at 7pm.
