Job Description:
Prism Consulting, Inc. has an immediate opening for a full charge bookkeeper/administrative assistant at their Quincy, MA location. The office is conveniently located in Quincy Center across the street from the Red Line. The perfect candidate will possess enthusiasm for Prism services and brand and should thrive in a fast paced, high transaction environment. Must be detail oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Substantial experience in Quickbooks, preferably including the Inventory Module as well as A/R and A/P is a requirement. A high degree of professionalism is expected and confidentiality and discretion with company and personal information is an absolute necessity. BA/BS degree required in accounting or related field.
Responsibilities will include:
• A/R and A/P reconciliation and processing
• Journal entries
• Accruals
• Month-end close reports
• Administrative duties when needed/necessary
• Must maintain confidentiality of all company and personal information
Background:
• 1-2 years related experience
• BA/BS degree in accounting or related field
