There is not an office in the Boston area, You must have telecommute capability and the ability to work for yourself.

We are looking for an Independent Contractor that can represent our company in the Boston area. Your responsibilities will include outside sales, client acquisition, and the actual credit repair process of any client you bring on. You will receive over 15 hours initial training (online) as well as continuing education learning how to read a credit report, how to walk a client through their credit report, as well as how to help repair a client's credit. We do not charge a dime until we show them results (we have the best service in the business, very easy to sell, very easy to get mortgage companies to refer business to you, and very easy to build a large client base.) You will receive a 50% commission on any sale. Ave client sale $225. There is a firm 30 client sign up minimum per month expectation out of all reps. Software and training can allow you to easily handle 100 clients per month. A client should only take 1-1.5 hours to process depending on your level of efficiency. You will be provided CRM Software (training included) to input, organize, and maintain all clients, as well as access to flow charts and letters for all credit challenges.

Responsibilities:<br>
Develop and expand ticket contact base through prospecting, cold calling, networking and participation in grass roots marketing events<br>
Develop and execute group and season ticket sales strategies<br>
Work cross-functionally with marketing, sponsorship, PR and events to maximize ticket sales and prospects<br>
Attend lacrosse and other marketing events year round to promote Cannons ticket packages<br>
Act as a trouble-shooter and account liaison on game-day to assist with season and group ticket issues<br>
<br>
Minimum Qualifications:<br>
BA/BS Degree<br>
1-3 years of direct selling experience including cold-calling <br>
Ability to quickly determine problem(s) and present solution(s) in difficult situations<br>
Customer service experience<br>
Expert skills in Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word and a database program<br>
Effective verbal and written communication and organizational skills<br>

GENERAL SUMMARY:<br>
This position is the direct link to what the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer event is all about.  The Participant Representative is the front-line customer service representative responsible for outreach, on-the-ground recruitment, and ongoing support to Avon Walk for Breast Cancer participants. This position is a critical team member responsible for local outreach efforts, converting leads to participants and, consequently, the Participant Representative is compensated accordingly for conversion efforts.<br>
<br>
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:<br>
1.	Works diligently to expand the Avon Walk presence in the local market to cultivate a strong lead base. Once leads are established, will use using heavy telemarketing and email contact to convert leads to participants to meet and exceed recruitment goals. Conversion activity directly impacts compensation.<br>
2.	Conducts meetings in a public forum for people interested in participating in the event and recruit attendees to register for Avon Walk Breast Cancer events.<br>
3.	Assists with research, planning and attends all Anchor events and special events (such as a Great Start Party, Walk Introduction Meetings, Volunteer Nights, Multi-City Training Walk Day, Training Walks, Expos and any other events deemed appropriate by the Local Office Operations Manager.)<br>
4.	Delivers presentations to companies and corporations, civic centers and associations, and faith-based groups, to recruit qualified leads to participate in the event. <br>
5.	Speaks publicly and presents to various groups, including corporate employee groups, civic groups, churches, colleges and universities, etc. for the purpose of recruiting participants and for assisting participants with fundraising.<br>
6.	Creates and fosters relationships through existing Avon Walk resources (i.e., Team Captains, Training Walk Leaders, Business Partners, Local Sponsors, Beneficiaries, etc.) and other key community organizations/leaders statewide to provide services and/or build public awareness in order to expand outreach activities and support marketing initiatives.<br>
7.	Manages outreach efforts through things such as Tabling at Festivals, Expos, Fairs; Flyering/Canvassing business/shopping areas; POP inserts in bags at various runs/walks and overall grassroots outreach, bulletins, local calendar listings, etc. Additionally, analyzes the effectiveness of all statewide outreach efforts and make modifications when appropriate. <br>
8.	Assists with solicitation of in-kind donations for the event that will have a direct impact on the bottom-line.<br>
9.	Provides excellent customer service by picking up incoming calls. All staff is responsible for quickly answering calls as needed. <br>
10.	Collaborates with the entire local office staff in conjunction with the Operations Manager to support projects and outreach events as needed. <br>
11.	Takes responsibility for maintaining the office area as directed by Operations Manager. All staff is responsible for their part of the overall neatness and restocking of supplies.<br>
12.	Performs other related duties as assigned by management, including unique duties assigned while working actual events.<br>
13.	Be an articulate spokesperson for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer within the community.<br>

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:<br>
1.	Inside telemarketing sales skills or experience with a proven track record for  closing the sale – in this case, getting people who are interested in the event to commit to walk the event and fundraise.<br>
2.	Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible customer service experience in a high-paced environment, preferably in the area of high-volume, customer relationship management.<br>
3.	Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, organize fundraising activities effectively, and participate in high-level customer service support.<br>

Position Overview<br>
ADx is seeking a Sales and Clinical Support Representative in Massachusetts.   The successful candidate will be responsible for both selling the ADx and EyeTel services and managing accounts, including driving utilization and managing testing.  Responsibilities include:<br>
• Lead Generation and High Volume Cold Calling<br>
• Establishing New Customers for the Retinal Imaging Service<br>
• New Account Installation & Set Up<br>
• Account Management efforts - including delivery of Clinical Testing<br>
<br>
The following attributes are required:<br>
• Experience in selling capital or services in a high volume cold calling environment (copier or equivalent sales experience, coupled with either medical products or pharmaceutical sales experience (is ideal)<br>
• Minimum of 2-years outside sales experience with Top 10% Ranking<br>
• Ability to travel regionally<br>
• Highly coachable individual with ability to think fast, learn quickly and be flexible as the business evolves<br>
• Highly personable and unflappable<br>
• Good level of technical / computer comfort to learn the EyeTel imaging Equipment and play a front line Technical Support role with customers (before passing technical service calls on to Engineers as needed)<br>
• Bachelors degree<br>
• Local to Massachusetts Market (no relocation)<br>

Base salary + commission position targeted between $75,000 to $85,000 (year 1) – with growth potential thereafter.<br>
